The Project

Mr & Mrs B had big plans for their Chandlers Ford kitchen, opening up & extending the back of the house to incorporate a modern, light & bright kitchen, living, dining space. 

These home owners saw the Stoneham furniture Strata and Infinity display in our Kitchen showroom and knew this was what they were after.  Challenged by the need to retain the central post in the room, our design focused upon an L-shaped island which incorporated a drinks preparation area with small sink and large wine cooler and a defined Silestone breakfast bar running the length of one leg while the other leg had a large induction hob and loads of prep and storage space. The finishing touches included Siemens appliances and a Quooker boiling water tap, statement coloured lighting in the open shelves and inset lighting under the worktop and to light up the sparkly glass splashback.
