Covid 19 Update
SHOWROOM OPEN
We are truly delighted to be able to welcome you back into our showroom both for browsing and more detailed discussions about your project. We are trying hard to make the experience as normal as possible for our visitors despite the additional Covid safe measures. All that we ask is that when possible you call ahead to arrange your visit so that you don’t have to wait if the showroom is busy.
Covid Safe
Alongside the compulsory requirements for masks and distancing we have hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities available and are also ensuring that additional regular cleaning is undertaken in between customer visits, particularly where customers interact with our displays and samples. During busy times we may need to restrict the number of visitors at any one time.
Come in and browse
We are happy to welcome browsers at any time. All that we ask is that a member of our team be close by to ensure that we can take note of areas that need cleaning before the next customers visit. Booked appointments will be prioritised during busy periods so even if you just want to have a look round contact us and we’ll pop you in the diary.
Make an appointment with a designer
Whether you are just wanting to get to know us and are looking for ideas, need a bit of advice or are keen to get into the details, our designers can be on hand to help you on your way, just as they did before Covid. Booked appointments will be prioritised during busy periods so contact us and we’ll make sure a designer is ready and waiting for your visit.
Remote design service & online showroom tour
For those of you who are choosing not to venture out we are still offering our remote design and presentation service. Click through to the showroom viewer on our website to explore our showroom and contact us to arrange a chat with a designer via phone or video call. They’ll talk you through everything they need to get your project underway.
Covid safe Installations & home surveys
Our installation schedule has been operating as normal throughout lockdown and will continue to do so following Covid secure guidelines which will be explained to you closer to the time of your works.
Our designers are again visiting homes in order to carryout detailed design surveys. Covid safe measures will be explained to you when we visit.
